Where should I train?

I'm having serious problems finding things to kill to up my str.Anyone know f2p ways to lvl it fast?

I recommend going in Stronghold of Security and find a good monster that you like.

Also, if you have 40 fishing and the cooking lvl to cook lobs, you could go in karamja with a tinderbox, lobster pot and a woodcutting axe (with your combat gear, of course) and fish an inv of lobs, cook them, then go kill some lvl 33 spiders or lvl 45 skeletons. And when you run out of food, go fish and cook again

Go to the Stronghold of security and fight minotaurs. They can barely do any damage to you and are practically rarely used.

Thats what I did... except lesser demons, not spiders/skeletons.

Thats what I did... except lesser demons, not spiders/skeletons.

Lessers will be better when he reach around 65-70 combat in my opinion. If he/she does lessers at 56 combat, it's going to be a total waste of food in my opinion

Below 60, I would suggest hill giants (That's only if you have food though)
If you don't, go to karamja like they said

You could also try hobgoblins

The karamja thing worked I'm almost about to lvl in att, def, and hp

. The only thing I changed about it was that I fished swordies instead of lobbies.(I thought that I would catch tuna faster so I harpooned and they still heal a decent amount of hp.) Oh and for all the people who thought I would get pwned by lessers

AHA!!!\:D/ I killed like 50 lessers training all day last weekend in mith. (Most f2p are poor don't laugh

).

another good method is to take a good weapon (rune scimitar/longsword), 1 good piece of melee armour (rune plate/chainbody) and an amulet of yrou choice (power or str reccomended), and a teleport to anywhere.

fill your inventory with chocolate cake or anchovie pizza, and go to the graveyard of shadows in the level 20 wilderness. then sit there autoretaliating on the skeletons there for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes, leave the graveyard and come back so the skeletons will auto atttack you again.

why pizza/cake? it heals the most for 1 invetory item of food. it takes a few bites, but if you choose an unopulated world, you wont require fast healign food liek swordfish and lobsters
