Can someone tell me how craft for the air runners in world 16

Bring an air talisman/tiara to world 16. Have 25 un-noted essence in your inventory. Go to the altar and look for people saying they will trade 2k and the essence back, or saying something like "open". Trade them and offer the essence, they will offer 25 noted essence and 2k. Accept. Repeat.

Warren, I think he is wondering how he can be a crafter...

All you gotta do is have some noted essace. What I allwase do is bring 1k Noted pure essance. Then just say "Open", and make sure you give the people 27 noted essance when you're done.

Lets go through this again...

Person gives you 27 un-noted pure essace. You go in the Air Rift. You then come out. You trade the people back The air runes, and 27 noted pure essace.

Oh, I just skimmed through his question.

For the world 16 thing as a crafter:

    Go into the air temple with noted essence + alot of money.
    Say something that indicates your ready to craft (ex: "open")
    Wait for someone to trade you.
    Offer 25 noted essence and 2k money.
    The person will offer 25 unnoted essence.
    Accept the trade.
    Craft the air runes.
    Repeat.
