I seen a lvl 3 with a fletchers cape a friend of his said he also had a cooking cape. He also had a santa hat. He was in a non member world. Did he hack or autofletch/cook? Or did he do it the long way. I took a 2 screenshots of him they're not very clear. and i don't know how to put it here. but how do u think he got it.

Non member's world or not, he is a member if he has a fletcher's cape.

He didn't hack, he might have autoed his way, but he probably done it the long way.

He's obviously a skill pure.

There are lots of level 3 skill pures. Its kind of like pures not getting defence. Some probably do it because they find it more challenging. The greatest that I know of is Zzzamorak.

If he has a fletcher cape then hes a member. I've seen a few of them but most probably autoed their way to victory
