Capes for f2p

Are the skill capes really for f2p cuz My brother told me that his friend said they were f2p. I just have to know are they?

No they are not. Pretty much anything that came in the form of an update is members only.

They arnt, think about it. Most are sold in members areas, and they are non tradeable among players. So if they were f2p, how would you get them?

The capes aren't f2p, however, you can wear put on on in a member world and do emotes in a f2p world.

Well said, the emotes work in F2P if you have the cape on as does the beckon emote while you have any builders items or a satchel.
