Fairy Tales Part II, do I have to do it to use the F-Rings?

Do I have to finish Fairy Tales Part II to get access to the Fairy Rings, or do I only need to do up to a certain part. I wanna be able to craft Natures without going through the Abyss.

Just a part. You don't need the herblore lvl for it. Have fun runecrafting. I didn't like that method personally

Might seem off topic but i recommend you use abyss...

simply use an ectophial or any other 1-click tele to get away from pkers

its so worth it.

What if they have tele-block?

Besides, I just finished FTPI.
