Good place to range

Where can i range at level 50 ranging? I have 1 def so i cant go anywhere to strong. I want something that gives drops to

The training area right out of Ardougne there are ogres in the cage and they have some pretty good drops sometimes...
Nothing to worry about really just stupid randoms.

I always did fire giants, you can hide in the doorway and they wont hit you, awesome drops, well they were awesome drops, dunno how much d meds are now.
