Membership for a pure?

I am wondering when a good time is to sub my pure. I am currently working on 40 str, 30 attack, and then will work on raising magic and range. When would be a good time for me to sub it, as it is going to be a pure staking account.

Now, the quest is p2p lvl it so fast, also for ur range use a cannon. like 2k c balls get su lvl 40 range

depends if you get membership forever or for a really limited amount of time.

But if you're willing to make an efficient Staking account with the lowest lvl possible, get the most mage and range you can, and an high defense lvl and HP. The attack and str won't be really important in my opinion.
