Use men in fally, you can hide behind the fences and range them.

Do men or chickens until like 20.

at 20 you can go in Crafting guild's cows and kill until like 40.

at 40 you should start killing hobgoblins, lessers (not recommended if low defence) or barbarians.

This ''guide'' works for f2p and p2p..

I mostly said this for f2p because i trained my range from 1 to 60 at f2p lol

well, like others have said, chickens are the BEST for 1 - 20, then about 20-40.. cows.. meh, then at the combat training guild above ardy there is a place for RANGERES ONLY. you can fire behind a closed gate, then open it and grab your arrows, the monsters are hill giants i think.

Lvl 63 Ogres :P

But they aren't aggressive in the cage.. they only attack you if you attack them.

I, myself, trained on bears by Ardougne and got up from lvl 11 to lvl 20 in 1 hour. Each bear gives 200 xp for killing it, and I sold the fur I got to the d00d in Varrock. For higher range training, I would suggest rock crabs. Period.

And for f2p....

Chickens and cows are your bet. I don't have much else to say on the matter , because I became a member at such a low lvl... but now I'm lvl 70! w00t!

Another idea is to kill minotaurs in the Stronghold at about lvl 30 ranged.
They even drop iron arrows, which are... well... arrows.

Good luck. 8)
