wat u mean? like in runescape as part of the game? they wont do the same halloween drop as another year, so, no..the halloween thing definatly wont be masks...prolly anothre lame item that just gives u emotes, lol

Na jks. Jagex said that they will NEVER do a drop again, or dish out tradable, discontinuted items. But continue to add NONtradable items into the game.
