Warrior Guild Suits of armours

I was thinking about getting a Rune Defender after I complete some goals.
I was then wondering which one of the suit of armour would be the best to train on.

I'm 87 combat with D Scimmy.

One of my friend said the Iron one would be good since they have like 30hp and give 10 tickets each.

Other people say the Mithril one is better.

Which one do you guys think is the best?

Well, if you have a lot of sets, I would get steel, or maybe iron. Rune is also good, but it would cost a bit if it breaks.

and i also have a question about Defenders.

When I get a Addy Defender, i can get a rune one, but if after getting a rune one, i want another one, do i have to bank the rune and talk again to the person or i could get another rune def drop even if i have one in my inventory?

idk if the question is clear but i could try to edit it so it could be more clear if nobody understands it.

im combat 93 and i did rune, i got 5k tokens and it didnt break, i also bought a strenght,attack, and defence pots in there. if u use rune u get alot of tokens fast.

Anything better than steel will not break. So you don't need to fear a broken rune armor part. Or addy, or mith.

I trained on mith by the way for my tokens. You don't need much food for that one.

i used rune and got about 4k tickets, however i did use alot of food but any armor over steel would be best

once you have rune just keep killing it will drop 2 or 3 now and then
