Pretty much all the basic training spots.

Experiments, Shadow Warriors...I heard Dharok'ing Apes on Ape Atoll was good a while back, not relly sure though.

Minotaurs in the secruity stronghold have many hitpionts. I have only 41 defence and i barely get hit at all. So i find that they are good to train on and its just aswell with most of the other monsters in the stronghold

yeah with 46 defence this is prolly your best bet. but i owuld try daggonoths, u may be able to kill them fast enough before they hurt you.

well with your def pc would be the best but you can try rock crabs or those monsters in stronghold of secuirty
