Monkey madness info needed

Alright ive looked at the quest guide but i need someone to type me up the steps in a simpler form, just the important info i need, cuz the quest guide has too much info on it..

Ive already done monkey madness, but i need to get a regular monkey gree gree, the one you get when doing the quest, and also the 3 monkey gree gree's needed for recipe for disaster quest..

So if someone can help me out and type something up it would be appreciated.

Go to the little boy monkey in town and get a free monkey talisman from him (or however many you want), Or buy them from the magic shop for 1k each. Then get the bones you want and head to the gnome zooknock (or whatever). he can make all of em into gree grees.

k but i dunno how to kill any of the monkeys on ape atol..

i know how to kill the ones on karajma

so all i need to do, is get to the shop on ape atol, get 4 gree grees, kill a regular monkey on karajma, plus 3 on ape atol, like archer etc, then take em all thru that long tunnel and have them enchanted>?

yea, but instead of buying em, try getting em from the monkey kid you got the first 1 from (the one you got the talisman from during the monkey madness quest). And to kill the ape atole monkeys, just use prayer (if you cant kill the guard apes, attack 1 till it regenerates 4 times, then ask a real high lvl there to finish it off, there are normally people there with barrows training on them). Re-charge prayer if you need to at the temple. If you are under attack and need to escape while in the temple, climb up the stairways next to the gorrilla alter, theres a safe spot up there.

k well help put that into steps and not into one big paragraph..lol

i need the original monkey gree gree, i kill a karajma monkey for that, go to ape atol, go into the prison, escape, go over to the boy, and get the gree gree, go through the tunnel, get it enchanted..

kk so lets assume i just did that, i go back to ape atol, obviously using monkey gree gree to turn into regular small monkey, i can go anywhere on the island without being attacked. I then need to kill 3 other monkeys, so do i go to some shop and buy 3 more gree grees, and i gotta go kill 3 monkeys then.. 3 different, like zombie, archer, and i guess those high lvl monkeys that have that white strip on their back..

Which of the monkeys can i kill using barrows armor, whip etc.. What ones cant i kill using that, and also, your saying i need to kill an archer monkey by using protect from range, and attacking him as me being a small monkey? none of this is making alot of sense, as the quest guide really doesnt explain it in a series of well put together structered sentences..

So reading that, i hope everyone understands exactly what i need.

You should be able to attack all 3 types of monkey with your barrows and whip, just go to the right areas to do that.

Always use prayer when attacking a monkey. Melee and range protect are the only ones youll have to use.

When attacking a monkey, youll have to exchange the gree for a wepon, then attack.

to attack the guard monkeys, use mellee. Attack the one in the temple's south-west corner, the ont there only has a spider for company. these monkeys also can block 2x2 squares, so dont get surrounded. They also re-charge hp when they drop below 20, so save your sp attacks.

When attacking the archers, look arround on the second storiess of the buildings. There is a building with 2 archer monkeys running around on the roof. These you can melee and defeat easily with range protect on. Ypou can also take down a ninja monkey in the town square useing range (not melee). use range while hiding behind somthing and use range protect. if the ninja gets close enough to attack you, you might end up in the jail real fast.

When attacking the zombie monkey, go down the trapdoor in the temple. ITs between the 2 pits filled with fire. Look for 1 of the larger zombies and attack it with melee protect. when heading back up to the temple, equip the gree gree again before you asend, or youll be surrounded imediatly by 4 guard monkeys.

alright thanx i was getting confused with other things you said, then quest guide would say something different..

It was the runehq quest guide, i dont like alot of there quest guides, either half of them have small minor details missing (mainly older ones), and poor sentence structure. so in the end its hard to understand what they are saying.

I used that info and got all the gree grees and everything. I do appreciate the help alot. As you can tell im not a quest type of person

i hate quests.

1. head to ape atol and talk to the monkey boy to get a regular greegree or buy them as a monkey from the magic shop.

2. take the bones you want ,for zombie head below the temple and kill a few zombies. the baby are very easy. gorilla temple you can't miss them. or ninja head up the temple the building right next to the baby's home, there are 2 level 80 archers.

3. head back underground with the bones and the greegree and have the master gnome enchant them.

4. go up

5. have fun
