The boots are flippers, the top and bottom looks like woven items (can be bought somewhere in Keldagrim, close to relekka). The weapon might be a mjolnir? Never cared much about thtem, and the hat i don't know. Gloves are regular mystics? And then it's an emerald necklace.

zamorak mjolnir - making history post quest treasure hunting
camel mask - enakthra' lament, post quest soft clay on pedastal
flippers - mogre's drop
robe top of elidinis - spirits of the elid
skirt - one of the keldagrim clothing shops
cooking guantlets - family crest
and the necklace is either a nature amulet or a regular emerald necklace.

overall nice way to attract attention. :lol:
