Think of it, If you spend the money on skills, You'll probably wont have the opportunity to make that choice until a very long time...And still, If you go for partyhat, then change your mind, you can sell it and go ahead for skills.

It's all up to you, If you're not sure, there is no need to rush. It's not like all your cash pile is going to vanish if you dont spent it within the next 2 hours

Personally, I'd need more time to think about it, but I believe I'd stick with Partyhat. Because I believe paper crown is more like a trophy.

Definitely get the p-hat. Like you said, if you change your mind later, it still should be worth about the same.

Well I guess it is probably because it's the first time I hear about it. And plus I haven't logged on since about one year XD

If you plan to get 97, you're better to get 99, since it's only around 2 million exp off. The distance between 97 and 99 isn't that big, so you could easily get a 99 cape.

Still, I'd rather have a Partyhat. You can buy it, wait a couple weeks until the price rises, then sell it back and enjoy you few millions of profit
