Karil's bow vs Dark bow

I was talking to random people on Runescape about the dark bow and Karil's bow. There was a pure there that said that the dark bow was worse than the msb, while a person with a questpoint cape said the dark bow was the king of all bows.

My question is: Which bow is the best for me to get? (I don't have enough money for either yet.)

It matters your Range level. From what I've seen the dark bow is a nice bow to have for 80+ Range. At 60-79 Range the dark bow seems worthless to me but again it matters your level.

I'm currently at 69 ranged, I think I might be at 99 by the time I earn one of the two... So I'm mostly looking at how good they are for training.

Dark bow has no cost after you get it, while you need to "recharge" Karil's bow every 15 hours(?)

Even though dark bow costs more initially, I'm looking at the fact that dark bow can use my iron arrows, so I will never need to waste money on ammunition.

By the way, how much does the dark bow cost?

just over 3m. personally i wouldn't buy one until you're 80+ ranged.

Even though the darkbow wins in aspects i think the karils x cbow is much much better.
You would kill an opponent much much faster with a karils. It doesnt matter if the darkbow hits high. You would have no reaction time.

That's what I already decided. If I get the dark bow on my own, that's great, but for now, I'll just stick to my MSB.
