Farming

I was soon thinking about farming Ranarr Seeds because i'm near 32 farming, and i was wondering what could i do to make them get diseased or dead the LEAST possible?

I heard Super-Compost was good, but whats the fastest way to get the ingredients for that? :S

And is there anything else than Supercompost to help with my farming?

lots of pinapples. you can get them in karmaja. another way are getting amulet of nature when rubbed can tell you the condition of the patch.

An amulet of nature is an emerald amulet strung with magic string (spun from magic tree roots) instead of a regular ball of wool. They can not be traded after they are enchanted with lvl 2 enchant.

So you either have to buy the magic roots, or buy an unenchanted nature ammy. They are still about 75k? i think? i'm not sure

Yeah, after you make the ammy you use it with a farming patch so you can fish and then ckeck on it to get over there quuick.

best suggestion for supercompost tho, is to pick 30 pineapples by the Brimhaven Dungeon and then go to your house and have your servant bank them. If your house isn't in Brimhaven and you don't have a good servant,
just bank in TzHaar. Then put 15 pineapples in the bin at Ardougne and 15 in Catherby. Then just wait.

Omg... Farming seems even more complicated now

Hope I'll get used to it someday lol!

So I have to pick 30 pineapples everytime i want to farm in 2 patches

It would be a good idea to get more than 30 pineapples at a time and use them when i need them =)

Total Plox to the rescue!

You gotta do A Fairy Tale Part I - Growing Pains, to get the Magic Secateurs, which give you more herbs when you actually pick the plant.

Second, you have to do Garden of Tranquillity, to get the Super Compost Potion. Then just make a bin of regulat compost, and use the potion on it after its done rotting, Thats about 15 buckets of super compost right there. It has 4 doses so you basically get 60 super composts out of it.

Also, you might wanna plant some trees for a lot of exp, if you have the spare cash...which I know you do.
