Where should I train and with what armor weapons?

I agree with Strange. With your current stats you might even want to try fire giants. They give great exp. and have pretty good drops.

Maybe earth warriors or experiments?
I'd suggest you to train strength and attack with d scimmy (if you have one) or a d long with full rune.

ok i didnt like the idea of experiments they dont have good drops, and i find they also take a while got anything with good drops?

mmm, dont do fire giants, or lessers,

i would say go for slayer assignments

-picks good for your level, and stuff like that, this is not power training, but drops are OK, use full rune+d schim +climbing boots
