Definately, you should be able to do it no problem. If in doubt, stock up on food, and possibly 1 or 2 prayer pots.

I did it easy enough with a level 54 character. You should have no trouble at all.

Just as long as your Patience level is 99. These types of quests can really get on your nerve. So much walking around and confusion...
