Most recently they had zombies and kids around Lumbridge for Halloween, the Easter Bunny near Falador for Easter, and Santa Claus in the major cities for Christmas. Each year they do something different and then discontinue it after a time, so you can't find any of the above anymore.
The next holiday even will supposedly have a Christmas tree and some imps.
