exactly.. scimitars are used in f2p alot. people would stop makeing them or trying to get them as drops... demand would take over and people would buy them up till supply was down and prices would rise

They do. And it really really annoys me to heck. I mean, they waste your time and its pointless.
Once, i had 100 percent ep and i killed one. fortunate for me, this one was my target, and i got a full set of rune, rune 2-hander, and a third age carafe (i think thats the correct spelling.)
