No, barrows should beat it.

You'll notice that the image is a "cartoonie" version of the D Plate, not an in-game image or Dev Diary image. It will probably look something like that, but I doubt it will be exactly that.

P.S. Shouldn't this be in RS related, since it's related to RS?

Not really Owen. We already have dragon stuff and no ore and pickaxe.

If they made the Dragon platebody, people will ask for the ore to be smithed. Since chainbody can't be smithed, people don't ask for ores.

Err, chain bodies can be smithed...? :-s

You can smith every type of dragon item there is right now except the boots and spear.

You can smith rune chain bodies.
You can smith rune plate legs.
You can smith rune plate skirts.
You can smith rune full helmets.
You can smith rune med helmets.
You can smith rune square shields.
You can smith rune scimitars.
You can smith rune longswords.
You can smith rune 2h swords.
You can smith rune battleaxes.
You can smith rune daggers.
You can smith rune maces.
You can smith rune halbreds (I think, after one of the quests, right?).
You can smith rune hatchets.

There is a dragon equivelent to all of those. 14/16 of the types are smithable, but Jagex has yet to bring a dragon ore or bar, what difference would a platebody make?

Probably would be from a monster with 90+ slayer required. Though, I hope there would be ways to fish or thieve for it or something other than slayer, slayer, slayer. XD
