How to make the bounty hunter skull appear.

QUICK WALKTHROUGH IS AT BOTTOM.

Quick walkthrough!!

1. Go to bounty hunter
2. talk to that weird dude
3. ask to go to tutorial
4. open quickchat when you have a chance
5. everytime you have a chance after he talks hit the "?" on quickchat
6. after the tutorial double click beside the skull you want!
7. Hit ? as many times as possible in the 5-10 seconds you have
8. hit settings then hit house options
feel free to move
when the help box comes up, hit house settings, DO NOT EXIT IT!
Enjoy the skull.

I do believe i asked 5 times if this was breaking any rules (rs or rsbnb)

According to the people in clan chat and the people on runescape

bug abuse = unfair advantage over players, this is not unfair. If it is, do correct me and the 10 people i asked.

If this is breaking RSBNB rules, to correct me and the people in clan chat, and let a mod delete/lock this topic.

I believe this is perfectly fine within RuneScape's rules.

As long as it does not give you an unfair advantage over others and you report it, it's fine to do. Well, Jagex does not punish for it if it's harmless.

well for me it did.

Theres no banking with it - but you CAN teleport, its just hard.

I stand corrected, sorry and thank you.

I guess I thought that someone could accidentally gain the ability to attack others outside of bounty from doing this.
I know this only explains a glitch for a harmless skull, but if someone also obtained the ability to attack outside of bounty hunter, that wouldn't be good.

Dunno if it's be considered an unfair advantage, but do you get teleported to the Bounty Hunting area when you die with the skull?

When you die with the skull and your not in the arena? No, you get teleported outside the arena by the caves.

Use Teleport tablets to get out of bounty hunter with the quick chat help screen open
