Not a good idea to even trick cops into thinking you are doing something bad, some of them won't be too amused.

He could of at least be *more* productive and used paint of the same color of the different walls :mrgreen:

Surprised he didn't get a ticket, even for cleaning up the streets. False advertisement.

Probably beats responding to a domestic abuse or car accident call. I think every once in a while, a cop could appreciate something like this.
