Am i a bad person for actually finding what he said funny? I laughed more when i watched that link above and these rubbish reporters kept saying "COULD BE seen as insensitive". I'd think so!

This is a perfect example of why freedom of speech isn't always such a good thing. Far to many idiots shouting off without thinking first. The world needs shock collars. And everytime someone says something stupid they get a shock..depending on how stupid it is. This one deserves a high shock, to the point where he loses all control over his bodily functions and he craps himself.

It'd sort out all those young racist children i run across on XBL as well.

It'd work people. Vote me for president of the world.

I wonder what sort of point they're trying to prove by posting comments like that? Are they trying to satisfy themselves or are they just trying to make others miserable?

And, I don't mean anything negative by saying this, but I also found it somewhat funny. Not the comment, but the news report. At least the guy apologized. That usually means that he didn't know he was hurting somebody with words.

1) I love anime.
2) That statement just ain't right.
3) I like pie!

It's too bad he said it. People really need to think before they speak, especially in politics.

I'm confused as to why more nukes would have been needed to stop anime. It would've been kept going anyway?!

I think the point is they would have killed more people, which in term would have stopped anime from developing in the first place. I think that's the point they were trying to get at.

I don't even know what would possess him to make a comment like that. Thinking it to yourself is one thing, but putting it in public is an entirely different matter.
