I've seen 'High Quality" but never HD

I wonder how they set it so it's HD.

Considering when you upload videos, the upload automatically resizes it or you have already resized it yourself and dramatically reduces quality, I'd say this is a full blown upload of a video with no or minimal cut in quality.

It's also allowing the upload videos from 720p resolutions.
