Yes. Due to erosion, the rocks, once strong and firmly planted between the other two rocks, will fall, causing tremors in the small area around it. If a tourist is to be under the rock at the time of the give-out, they will likely die.

Maybe it like... Fell or something.

And another rock happened to fall at the same time and both landed in a narrow gap forcing both rocks to get stuck.

Pretty cool though.
