And Ryan, in Indiana police have the right to use deadly force on people in a pruset, but only if the police have used all means necessary to stop him, of it they feal there life is in danger.

Would be pretty stupid for him to try to take off after getting spiked. But who knows, I wasn't there. Maybe something happened but you could only tell if you were there. You don't get a very good view from the police car.

Maybe one of the officers radioed "he's packing meat" and one of them heard it as "he's packing heat".
