excuse the hell out of me i put the i in the wrong spot. And no i dont play the guitar, but i do know enough about music to know dragonforce sounds like pigs be slaughtered
I've sung in various choirs for 7 years.
I've played guitar for 3 years.
I have some hundred cds of which I have 2500 songs uploaded to the computer.
Now that we have my credibilities out of the way, I will state that although I don't listen to dragonforce as this band, simply put, doesn't appeal to me they definitely don't suck and have at least something of an idea as to what they're doing. I believe it was The Ramones that had a standard as to not use more than 4 chords per song or something of the sort. In fact, many songs make use of very simple chord progressions. It's not the progression or diversity of chords that makes a song unique, it's the meaning you put into the song along with the way you use them.
