My Internet keeps going down like 3 times a month.
Pretty sure it's not me because friends are having this issue.
Anyone know about this?

You might just need to powercycle. Its what they will tell you if you call in.

Powercycle - unplug the modem power, then the phone cable, wait a minute, and then plug back in.

really need to call your ISP. if this is a problem you can actually get them to fix it or get credit for disservice

Like everyone's already said, you need to contact your ISP. It could be a problem with your connection or a fault with your modem/router.
