Google Spybot Search and Destroy, download it, run it. Cleans a computer nicely.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials. You can use other programs, but depending on how serious the worm is, it's best to reinstall your OS. Don't risk it. If it's embedded too deep, it's not worth risking having a 'cleaned' computer.

Uninstall your OS, then do a clean install.

Another option would be downloading AVG and doing a virus scan.

download spybot s&d as metioned, avast is a good FREE antivirus(dl from download.com)
if it is too bad you will have to reinstall os
