Can't sign in to windows live messenger :(

Well it was working perfect then suddenly last night it stopped.

Followed all troubleshooting options for the error code I received (instructions) but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

Not sure how much justice it will do you, but I've had that happen to me a couple of times. All I did was restart my computer and it worked fine. If that doesn't work then try resetting your internet or something.

Have you tried signing onto MSN via Trillian or MSN Web Messenger? Granted, they aren't permanent fixes for the actual MSN programme, but they'll allow you to still be able to talk to your friends.

Synchronise with windows time server. Check your BIOS clock aswell.

This has been solved since, I shouldve posted but I ended up following all of Microsoft's recommended solutions and ended up just reinstalling.
