Fist off, I hope this is in the right spot because it is tech and there is a problem.

I have an iHome that I like to hook my iPod up to or listen to the radio with. I use the sleep function to listen to the radio while falling to sleep. If I have the volume at 1 it is a little too loud, If I have it at 0 (sound still comes out, stupid yes) I have to put my ear next to it. Anybody have the same problem or know how to fix it?

I know what you're talking about, but I'm not exactly sure the cause. For your iPod, hook it up via the headphone jack instead of through the base. That seems to fix the issue whenever I've got it plugged in. Other than that, move it away from where you sleep.
