Yaa Mike gave me a program a loong time ago that would trick your computer into opening these files without the need of those pesky Discs.

I know it was a Microsoft program and that's about it - any help? :)

I use PowerISO Virtual Drive Manager. Always worked well for me, maybe it was that, but there are a few others out there.

I use PowerISO, but another I'd recommend would be Daemon Tools Lite (Free, btw). If you just want to open the file and not really mount it and install, just use WinRAR or something similar. The Microsoft one you're thinking of is found here, though it is 'unsupported' for whatever reason.
