I need help with my computer, please please please help me!!

ok I nned help I have a Dell Inspiron 1420 with Windows Vista and stuff like that. So my problem is that my computer screen display literally flipped so its backwards. HELP ME PLEASE ITS MY DADS WORK LABTOP> SO please please help me. The screen literally flipped

Go to the desktop, right click. Go to Personalize =>Display Settings => Advanced Settings

In there, a setting might be present to rotate your screen. Most likely it will be in your graphics card options, which should also be the last tab of the Display Settings. It will depend on what type of graphics card you have, but the setting should be under something like 'Rotate Display'
