Any Programs that cuts out the voice to songs?

I need a program (if any) that cuts out the voice in a song for like karaoke.
im going to send a tape of me singing of the song with the music but not the voices so she can hear mine
im sending the tape to my girls house in indiana

so i need to cut out the voice to sing along with just the music to the songs

any help?

I think you may be able to do this in sony acid but im not quite sure. Sony acid is an audio editing software so you may be able to mute vocals in it. I havent used it personally so I cant tell you for sure.

Quite pricey though, you may want to try to find an alternative to my suggestion.

You'll probably have to find the instrumentals by yourself, I doubt you'll be able to remove vocals by yourself.

Like some songs I can find the karaoke versions too but im not sure about all.
so i was just looking for a more easy way

Well, I use it sometime, but it isn't very good solution, try Virtual DJ, you can cut out (a major part of )voice, but again, this is a tool for making dj sets, not karaoke.

Ya most songs you should easily be able to find an instrumental version, some youll just have to search more than others.

You can use Audacity, but the quality will be horrible.
