After you log into your email there should be, under options a way to forward mail, kind like setting up a POP client (outlook, thunderbird)

You might want to make sure you actually get to keep your Comcast email...Chances are, you're not paying for their services, so you're not going to get a free email account with them.
I'd start copying down the address book and telling everyone to change theirs to your Gmail address.
