Internet loading help

So im trying to create an account on WOW, but i cant get the create a account page to load, it will load once, i fill it out and then i click next and i get a 404 file not found. Does anyone else have a problem loading this page or is it just me?

omg lol that happened to me trying to get a RS account it would do the first page but second would never work in safari. you could play in it but never make an account it made me so mad for a few weeks then I tried it in IE and it worked so I'd say try using a deferent browser.

(this was all 2+ yrs ago when I just started playing RS *yes I don't remember when I started playing*)

If you're getting the 404 error, it's not on your end. Just wait a while, and if you don't think that will help try using a different browser.
