Ok, so I went on my computer today to find that my anti virus program had found a VIRUS  . It had been quarentined and I permently deleted it, ( I don't even know how the program got there :/ ) Everything seems ok, and I changed most of my passwords ( It was a keylogger )

What should I do now?

EDIT :Please move, put in wrong forum

Well first of all I would run all your protective scans and scan your computer for anything. The best, free Scan I believe there is would be Spybot Search and Destroy
Clear all your cookies and internet history because they may still have access to old files on your computer so delete all your internet history.

What browser are you using?

What antivirus are you using?

What antispyware software are you using?

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you been visiting any questionable sites recently, eg software crack sites, or, *ahem* (begins with p)

Have you installed any software recently?

Do other people use the same computer?

Do you know how to use the internet options tab? There are ways to reduce the use of cookies. Now I use firefox so I just clear everything from cache every time I get off the internet and make sure all downloads are shown. I run avg free antivirus once a day, and run Lavasoft adaware for spyware. Now I know you can make I E prompt you when cookies are being downloaded, but I don't know what other steps would be taken to prevent viruses...just avg once a day.

I scanned again on Housecall yesterday, and it still said I had an infection, I deleted it, and I'm scanning again...

I changed it to prompt me now about cookies

Now ran spybot... it found DSO Exploit, and I saw some what looked like inapropriate files on my computer ( While it was scanning under the scan)
I did not ever download any of these files nor anyone in my house. Any more help?

Even if you try to remove the infection, sometimes it will not be successful. It looks like to me that you have infections in your computer pulling other viruses/spyware in. I'll send you a link on PM on how to block unwanted cookies in IE 7.

They're not on your computer, those are the types of adware/spyware that SpyBot is looking for. I thought the same thing a while ago, but I really had doubts that my sister was looking at uhm..p  n.
