SS keeps crashing

I won't tell or advertise what SS is, but if you know what it is, please read this post.

My SS keeps randomly crashing and doing some ''Send Error Reports'' all the time, varies between every 5 min and 2 hours. I was just wondering if you guys knew something i could do to be able to repair this... I reinstalled it, and it still does it. Maybe ss wasn't completely uninstalled because it remembered all my settings

Pl0x help.

Hope my question was clear : I want no more ''Send error reports'', and I'd like to know how to completely uninstall SS even if i uninstalled it by Control Panel :/

IE was doing the same thing but it was about my media =/

ok, did you COMPLETELY unistall it even with add or remove programs?

set everything too defualt or If that doesn't work try it on another computer it might just be a bad open/saved file :wink:

If that still doesnt fix it then it's over my head sorry

When it is unistalling select it to uninstall all files.
The afer it is uninstalle, search for anythikng that has to do with SS and delete those files
