Its no big problem, or doesn't seem it, but i noticed last week that when i accidently bumped my knee into the computer it shut itself down. I also bumped into the computer table today, while hoovering, and it shut itself down. It then refuses to start until i unplug the cable from the mains, plug it back in and then start it up.
It may be a safety feature - when something hits it, it cuts the power to avoid any electrocutions, but i'm not sure.
Any ideas what it is?

That is usually the problem, or you have a power button that sticks.

Thanks, I'll take a look at them.
Btw, how would you recommend cleaning away dust, wouldn't a cloth just cause static?

If you get that dust all over your fan or components, use your hand. Cloths cause too much static.

Yeah, but wouldn't that also fry some components cause of the static already on me?
And this morning it wouldn't even start up, i accidently banged my elbow on it while checking the cables and it started..i'm really thinking its something out of place

ok rele check the cable.....and no rubing dust off with your hand will do no harm....if it still will not start up take ur side off and unplug your modem. dont ask me why but this is the frist step you take in computer repair.

If you have carpets in your house around where you will be working on the pc then, first of all, take off your socks, then touch the metal case to ground yourself ( this will remove any static electricity from you. ), then unplug the computer from the wall. Check to see if the power cord fits tightly or loosly into the power suply. Next open the case carefully, remove any dust from the case with compressed air or your hand ( you can wipe your hand with a damp towel ). If there is no visible damage after cleaning then put the case back together and plug it in again, then see what happens.

Spoiler for Everything else:

A Kid asked Jesus, "How much do you love me?" and Jesus said. "This much."
And spread his arms out on the cross and died.
If you believe that he did this for you put this in your signature.
