I would say that its not the graphics card for if you have a good mother board then it can run XP but when you drag a window it will have to re draw each line very slowly!!(thats what happens when my graphics card in not working) this would make me think that its you monitor I'd try reseting it but if it is your graphics card this is the one that I use http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3433250&CatId=1826
it was 90$ when I bought it like 2 months ago and if your a big gamer and want something better here's a really good one my friend uses

Zac, you said that it was fine hooked to another computer but what about another monitor hooked to this computer? Do the integrated graphics have the same effect on a different monitor?

Don't feel strange or left out because you use integrated graphics most of all the computers on the market are probably using integrated graphics and only gamers and professional graphics artists need high end graphics cards.

Since it appears that your integrated graphics are going then I would suggest that you decide what you would like to do with your computer over the next couple of years and then buy a graphics card that suits what you come up with. If you decide that you are going to start being a hard-core gamer then it may be time to break the bank and do serious upgrades or just get another pc but if you are just going to do casual gaming and mostly internet stuff and some graphics work then a low end graphics card is perfectly fine.

Spoiler for Everything else:

A Kid asked Jesus, "How much do you love me?" and Jesus said. "This much."
And spread his arms out on the cross and died.
If you believe that he did this for you put this in your signature.
