Itunes Library (damaged)

Ok, so I opened Itunes and a it opened a type of loading bar screen that said Importing Itunes Library.xml, then it renamed my Itunes library to Itunes library (damaged).

After that, I got into Itunes, my music was all there, but I lost my playlists, and podcast subscriptions.

Any Idea what happened? Its working now, so should I just leave it alone?

You can reinstall iTunes, this wont lose your music and might fix your problems.

Have you tried going to the uninstaller and using the repair option?
