chat problem

I am having a chat problem and i don't know what is the problem. Every time i try to load the chat page i get a white box where the chat box should be could i get some help? that would be helpful thanks

i already updated my java and it still does not show the chat window
p.s I am using firefox

Mk, there is no need to double post, please use the edit button.

Try using IE or Opera. It still sounds like to me your Jave isnt current.

never mind I should have restarted my computer for the changes to take effect but now it's working thanks for the help though
