Firewall trouble

I play RS at school and the administrator blocked RS with a firewall. RS hasn't loaded past "connecting to update server" for 6 months. Is there any way to get past the firewall without the administrator unblocking RS?

You can use a circumventor. Go google circumventor

A circumventor is a web-based page that takes a site that is blocked and "circumvents" it through to an unblocked website, allowing the user to view blocked pages
