here is what i would check.....

Are they pluged into the back
is the power pluged it

If they are then your speakers are bad or your sound card.

Check if the speakers are:

Pluged in the right input (the right one is Green)
Check Your Sound Card
Reinstall Sound Drivers
Unistall Any software that you recently installed which may interfere with sound...
If nothing works...Do system restore or Reinstall windows (if you can)

Its the actuial speekers. i can plug in my headphones and hear shane's butifull voice.

Well is they're anything wrong with the speakers.

take them to your local PC doctor or something.

The speakers might be internally damaged.
