Scariest movies ever?

What is your favorite scary movie. I'm sick of everyone saying The Exorcist is the scariest movie out there. I laughed through the whole thing

. I dont really have a favorite because horror movies don't really scare me. I like Dawn of the Dead though :wink:

My favorite horror movie is Halloween but I don't really watch most of them. I like action movies better.

I don't find horror flicks that scary because of their tacky story lines. I did find I Am Legend a little frightening though; I never really thought living in a post apocalyptic world would be so lonely. I mean. What if that were to happen to me?

hmm, i'll have to say the Saw series, especially the fifth one. but there's a few ones that just the commercials had me hiding (lol) which were Last house on the left and the haunting in conneticut. someone message me if they ever see them, i want to know if its good or really dumb!

Evil Dead 1 is one of the most scariest movies I ever seen and for my favorite, that would be George A Romero Zombie movies :mrgreen:

Blair witch is the last one i saw that remotely spooked me. There always better if you don't know whats happening or whats coming after them.

not alot of the scary movies really scared me all that much. I'll jump at like 2-3 moments and thats about it. Now if they turned Dead Space into a movie that might scare the hell out of me.

A new movie that looks kinda scary is "Haunting in Connecticut," just the theme song of it gives me the chills.

it, strangers and 1408. all scared the daylights out of me.

hmmmm 1408 was prolly the scariest though.
