Now that Obama is President........

I think that he's 100% likely to try and deliver on all of his promises. But actually delivering them? It's unlikely.

I think he'll deliver most of his claims, but theirs somethings he wont be able to do, or completely do.

He seems like a good guy though, during the parade I saw him and Michelle dancing. I thought it was pretty funny.

No, I don't. I think the only presidents that ever have were the founding fathers.

I don't want him to get shot either, but I hope they've atleast doubled security. A black president is likely to be targeted more than a white one (I'm not racist, but many other people are unfortunately).

I'll be extremely surprised if people don't call him another Bush in four years. The minds of The People change when a new face comes around. Chances are whoever runs against him on either side will call him another Bush, even if he doesn't do any of the same things as Bush might've done.

Will he succeed in doing what he promised? He'll be lucky to get half of it done in four years.

Will he try to accomplish it all? He'll probably try to get most or all of it done.

Of course he's not going to fulfill all of his promises but I believe he will try his best to.

I agree with what Brad said about how people are making him out to be a miracle worker and I think people need to wake up and realize he's only human. However like I said I do have faith in him that he'll try his best.

obama will do great his first term.. his 2nd (yeh he'll most likely get re-elected) thats' when things might go to hell. He's already talking about wanting it to be a requirement for everyone to serve at least 2 years of military service. Plus everything politics promise are just that promises, nobody in the history of the world has anyone ever kept those promises. Sure he'll keep some and even other things he will change things, but it won't be the change we expected. Im not saying he's a bad guy I could careless if he's black or white green or purple, but the things he wants to accomplish aren't what the country needs. Sure the recession is going to end while he's in office.. even if we still had bush it was going to get better. It's how the process works doesn't matter who the leader is. Although it may help speed the process however, but heh
