Do you have any favorite phrases? Can be in any language, as long as you can translate them into english.

My personal favorite: Tempus Fugit (Latin) basically translates "Tie flees" commonly it is said: Time flies by.

The more things change... the more they stay the same. :D

You learn something new everyday.

Those would have to be my top two. There are other programming ones but they're downright stupid

"Theory is when you have ideas, theology is when ideas have you." Not sure where I saw or heard it though.

Tempus Agere- latin for "Time to Go", but I like to think of it at "It's go time!"

Flocci non Facio- Latin for: I don't give a hoot.

Tu es Humuncules- Latin for: You are a tiny man. It's pretty much the mother of all insults if you're an ancient Roman...

"Engineering: where the noble semi-skilled laborers execute the vision of those who think and dream. Hello, Ooompa-Loompas of science" -Sheldon from Big Bang Theory

"Truth is only the truth to one's own knowledge." No idea who said it, but it's saying how if you truely think 1=3, then you wouldn't be lying if you told somebody that 1=3. You can't be called a lair if you honestly think what's wrong is really true.

"Women are a decorative ***. They never have anything to say, but they say it charmingly. Women represent the triumph of matter over mind, and Men represent the triumph of mind over morals." -Oscar Wilde

"I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees." -Anonymous
