So who here plays Magic the Gathering?

I started playing my Sophomore year of High School, i thought the game looked to nerdy for me to play but my buddies played in alot in school to pass the time so i tried it and was hooked. Been an Avid player since, its a great game and don't knock it till you play it. I was more wondering if anyone from B&B plays and if so what kinda decks do you have?

Decks: I have three main decks, an Angel Deck, A burn deck, and a Elf Deck. Angel is my favorite but is slow so i usually mix it up with my burn deck. I also have a Unglued deck for messing around when my buddies are over.

I started playing again this year.
At OTC we would have some free time so we would lay there.

I have a Elf/burn deck, it is a nice solid deck, that with some skill can win a lot.

My second deck is a Shadowmore deck, pretty much teh best deck out of box I have ever seen, it wins most matches.

My friend is a insain player though, he kicks my *** every game, he has a sliver deck, were he just lets you attack him, until he has like 10 slivers ont eh field, also one sliver ability is given to all slivers on teh field so he can power like 10 slivers to +3/+# and trample and all that good stuff anf just killyou. he also has a 4 turn burn deck that is crazy.

We decided to make a Proxy deck (trial deck, they are just print out's) that was a 1 tun and a 0 turn deck, it was crazy.

My friend keeps promising to teach me, but I don't know how to play (for now). I've heard that if you learn Magic, you can pretty much learn any other TCG out there since they're based off it.

Yeah ive heard that, they best way to learn is to buy the starter deck with th cd-rom. You can play the computer and it teaches you, its now i learned.

I don't like playing the computer! It always beats me (ie Chess, no, not all Russians are good at chess. That's a filthy made-up capitalist lie@@).
