Please excuse the crappy cell phone picture and the slow loading page. (The picture loads full size if I use image tags)

1998 Honda Prelude with 110,000 miles, tranny with 10,000 miles on it, new paint, AEM cold air intake, cat-back exhaust, skunk 2 adjustable lowering coils, camber kit, front and rear strut bars, and of course the $1000 sound system. The engine has VTECH too and is pretty **** fast. Not to mention it is much better compared to what I have now.. (1998 Chevy Cavalier)

The guy wants $7500 straight up. What do you think?

I think you're better off buying a POS crappy load of junk that gets you from A to B than getting yourself in debt. :P But maybe I'm just captain sensible.

Always reference the Kelly Blue Book before you buy a car. I did one for that car, assuming it had some standard items. Sorta hard to guess prices on something that's got a new transmission, as well as aftermarket add-ons. However, if it runs alright and it hasn't been in any accidents, it should be a great car. I LOVE my Civic Si (general picture, including my Honda performance wheels :) ). Plus Hondas are built to last till the engine dies, which tends to be 200K+ miles if driven semi responsibly.

Yes, the KBB actually put it at $7500 for excellent condition, which this car is certainly in. The only damage it sustained was when someone tried to break into it through the sunroof, then damaged one side of the car, so he got all of that completely replaced. Also, the owner before him did a bunch of neutral drops which is why he replaced the transmission.
